VIP Package:

Studio, 1BR, 2BR units only

VIP Annual Fee

$500

-  Ensures your unit is done by 12pm EVERY TIME!

-  Includes 3 deep cleans at the normal cleaning fee rate


Advantage of our VIP Service:

-Upcharge for early check in's.  Most cover the annual cost with just 10 early check in fees per year! 

-Advertise your 12pm check in during off-season making your more competitive when demand is lower.

- 3 scheduled deep cleans per year (no deep cleans between Memorial Day and Labor Day)
